Step 1: Start by creating your patient profile. We will connect your contact details. We have a 3-step verification process to ensure your information is both secure and private.

Step 2: Click Create a New Case and answer a few simple questions regarding your concern. Take a minimum of two photos (we prefer 3 - 5 photos) of the affected area and upload them to our website or free app. Complete a short medical history and provide your preferred Pharmacy.

Step 3: Your information along with your uploaded images will be immediately sent to one of our board-certified doctors. They will thoroughly review your case and set up a Tele Visit during your preferred time slot to discuss your problem with you.

Step 4: Once you complete the tele visit with your doctor, your prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy. Your detailed treatment plan will be outlined in your account for your future reference. At no additional charge, we will follow up with you within one week to assess your response to the treatment.
